Subject: SWAT 2004: One month to the submission deadline

Dear colleague:

As you may have noticed, the SWAT submission server has been up and
running for a couple of weeks now. You have still about one month to
prepare your submission to SWAT 2004.

The submission deadline is 10 February 2004 --- at noon (GMT) --- and
the notification to authors will be sent on 23 March 2004.

Feel free to spread the word to your colleagues and students for whom
SWAT might be a relevant publication forum.

We hope to see you in Denmark next summer!
