Dear PC members:

Submission time is fast approaching. Please find attached
and ASCII version of the final CFP with the URL for electronic
submission. I will soon be contacting you to provide you with your
ID and PASSWORD to access the PC-member side of the server for
you to retrieve papers for review and submit your evaluations.

Please announce again this CFP by forwarding it to potential authors/
researchers, etc. Simply forward it to your local staff list
