Informationspsykologi according to me
I find that choosing informationspsykologi which, roughly
speaking, is Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) as my minor subject has
greatly added to my pleasure of studying at the university, and I
especially like the fact that we have been taught in small classes, and
have lots of discussions.
Informationspsykologi is taught at KUA, at the Psychological Laboratory, which is
situated on Amager, a small isle at Copenhagen. Thomas Magle Brodersen has
made a
description of what parts informationspsykologi consists of.
In the beginning of '95, (26th January 1995) I passed an exam in
Cognitive Psychology and Man-Machine Interaction. This exam was a synopsis
exam, and I wrote a synopsis titled Den
økologiske tilgangsvinkel til perception (in Danish - sorry!). I
also submitted three written projects as a part of this exam:
Since then, I have written up my Minor's Thesis, Eye Controlled Media: Present and Future
State (which can also be downloaded as a Postscript file), together with Theo Engell-Nielsen. The thesis has been accepted in June 1995, so I am now what is equivalent to a Bachelor.
Thanks to Gary
Perlman, there now exists an extensible HCI-related articles!
