I have not tried to inferface Mosmake with GNU automake, and I wouldn't recommend automake to my worst enemy. The tricky thing would be to somehow get Mosmake's `Makefile.inc' included in the final `Makefile' or `Makefile.in' without being interpreted by automake. (That's why automake is Evil -- it usurps your control of the top-level `Makefile').
