Get ready for the Danish Championship in Programming at two master classes

Do you have ambitions to win the next Danish Championship in programming?

Then you should join the 2  masterclasses with Jonas Klausen and David Lolck. 

Jonas and David are PhD students in DIKU's BARC group, who are former champion competition programmers and have participated several times in the both Danish Championship in programming (aka NCPC) and also the North West European Championship in programming (aka NWERC).

Who can participate?

All students who want to learn more about programming competitions are welcome to attend, please register so that we know how many people will come.

Where?

Both masterclass sessions will take place in exercise room A103 in the HCØ building, 1. floor Universitetsparken 5

When?

First time on Friday 15 September at 1 - 3 pm

The second time on Wednesday 20 September at 3 - 5 pm

What's next?

Once you have decided to register for the Danish Championship, you can once more test your competition shape at the warm-up event in DIKU's canteen, which this year will take place on Friday 22 September.

When is the real Danish Championship in programming?

This event takes place on Saturday 7. October in the Biocanteen at Ole Maaløes Vej 5 and is hosted by Netcompany in collaboration with Jobindex and the Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen.

Doors open at 10 am so you can be ready when the starting signal is given at 11 am. The competition ends at at 4 pm, however, the result is traditionally not revealed until a little later, when the judges have evaluated the final tasks.

There will be an after-party with food and drinks in the DIKU canteen and prizes will be handed out to the winners.

The winning team will receive a travellers' cheque for DKK 10,000.
