Blockchain Summer School

This year's Blockchain Summer School will focus on educating students in blockchain technology to develop solutions within three focal industries. The participants will i.a. learn how blockchain technology is disrupting existing business models and will gain insights in paradigmatic changes occurring from economic, organisational, and computer science viewpoints. Participants: Master Students, PhD students and recently graduated masters in computer science working with industry.

Day 1

August, Monday 14th

Day 3

August, Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th

Blockchain Hackathon: The groups start implementing their ideas in the blockchain. Coaches are Heiko Hees and Jacob Czepluch

–       As sparring partner, a representative of each participating company joins the groups to support them where necessary with business process information

–       Develop a prototype DApp (smart contracts & UI)

Blockchain Hackathon

Open End

Food and drinks will be provided, the rooms stay open during the night

Days 5

Friday August 18th

The teams complete their development and work on the demonstrator / presentation
