Open Source Days 2013
Open Source Days (http://www.opensourcedays.org) are held at Saturday March 9 and Sunday March 10 at CBS, Solbjerg Plads 3, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark.
During the last couple days we've published most talks scheduled for Open Source Days 2013. Behind the scenes we're still quite busy talking to people and getting even more talks added to the program.
We're aiming for 7 full tracks again this year amounting to roughly 60 talks. Don't miss out on the many interesting program updates and news that'll be published over the next few weeks in preparation for the conference.
Among the many interesting subjects this year we have a full track about the Netfilter part of the Linux kernel by the core developers. The netfilter developers are also doing a full day training course before the conference. See http://opensourcedays.org/2013/content/master-class-linux-firewalls-basics-advanced-flash-0
We also have a full track about open data with talks by open street map developers, talks from the agencies releasing huge amounts of map data and more plus a track on security with several talks by people from DIKUs pwnies security group.
See http://www.opensourcedays.org/2013/content/binary-exploitation-101 for example.
And don't forget to buy your ticket (http://www.opensourcedays.org/2013/tickets) for this years most important open source event. Like last year we're doing an early bird promotion that'll give you 25% off the full price. Early bird ends friday february 22. The early bird discount is available both for the conference itself and the training courses leading up to the conference.
Tickets are 450dkk per day or 700dkk for both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday night we have a social event that includes dinner. The social event costs 100dkk.
